Objective: to create centers of professional excellence (CoVE) in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT) in five European countries: Slovakia, Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Lithuania.

EU Contribution: EUR 4,900,000, the share of Klaipėda Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts - EUR 143,428. euro.
Description:
During the project, centers of professional competence will be created in each of the partner countries based on the five-level innovation spiral (Q2IH) system, which promotes academic community partnership in industry, public and other sectors. During the project, an international cooperation platform will also be created, which will provide the representatives of vocational training with the opportunity to establish new connections in the ICT sector, as well as to expand their professional competences in it.
