Regenerative Blue Food Tourism – Explore possibilities for off-season blue food tourism in the Baltic Sea Region

Objective: to create a local-international approach to the development of blue food (products we get from water: fish, seafood and seaweed) tourism in the Baltic Sea region during the off-season.
Project implementation area: Lithuania, Estonia, Denmark, Sweden.
Duration: November 2025 - November 2027.
EU Contribution: 184 285 euro.
Description:
During the project, partners will establish local communities of practice (CoP). These communities of practice will consist of representatives from the private and public sectors (restaurants, tourist information centers, etc.). They will openly and innovatively explore how to offer blue food to customers/tourists during the off-season. The project provides an opportunity for partners from different countries to share experiences and develop common recipes during food production visits in different countries.
