Objective: To develop the environmental awareness of company employees and encourage SMEs to look for innovative solutions leading to ecological transformation, creating value for their organizations and business environment.

Description:

The project will increase employees' circular economy competencies.

A detailed analysis of the needs of partner organizations and SMEs is carried out
Sharing of experience and knowledge in the development of competencies in companies
Raising awareness of climate change and environmental protection in different workplaces.
Training of vocational training pedagogues and company managers on how to use circular economy tools.
