Description:
CONSIDERATION project engages with users, trainers, and consultants to develop, pilot, and test a learning platform with tools enabling SMEs to develop their own Digital Strategy. Competitiveness is gained by competency development for a combined digital, sustainable, and inclusive transformation.
Project objectives:
- Developing a Digital Strategy Development Tool and sub-tools on an open-source platform to support digital competency development for SMEs;
- To support digital competency development by addressing motivation and training for both management and staff;
Engaging with users, trainers, and consultants to develop, pilot, and test a learning platform with tools enabling SMEs to develop their own Digital Strategy.
